We believe that the foundation of good health is food that has been simply prepared from fresh, organic ingredients and that the issue of meat vs. vegetarian vs. vegan vs. live foods in not as important as eating whatever is needed individually to achieve optimum health.
In 1998 in pursuit of this vision, we opened a small café on Maui’s south shore that offers a wide range of wholesome food choices for everyone. Today, the business also encompasses joys place LIVE!, our constantly expanding line of live foods, and healthy cooking workshops that help people claim their own connection to good food and health.
